About Me...
"I work with individuals (ages 9 and up) who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I began practicing individual and group counseling as an intern in January 2020. I received an Associate License in 2021 and am working toward full licensure. I offer individual counseling and facilitate women’s domestic violence groups and co-ed substance use treatment. I believe in a collaborative approach during treatment, as you are the expert of your own life, with an emphasis on self-determination and empowerment."
